This was my first time renting from VRBO and I could not have asked for a better experience. The house was exactly as described and provided all the comforts of home. I loved listening to the ocean from the master bedroom at night. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean on arrival. The kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed. The beach by the house was lovely at low tide for my little ones to play in the waves. The owners live nearby and were friendly and welcoming. We hope to rent again next summer! Nicole L

We rented both the three bedroom house as well as the lower level. Amazing week and we look forward to renting it again next summer. Sometimes pictures on-line are hard to judge but the pictures on-line show this house exactly as it is. First off it is on the beach, the back slider steps lead down to the sand and its basically a private beach for local residents. The house is beautiful, modern, well decorated and unbelievably clean! Everything is organized from a fully stocked kitchen to having a washer & dryer, a TV and ceiling fans in every room. Best part was the sound of the waves as you slept and from the Primary bedroom you can actually see the ocean in the moonlight from bed. Amazing. Between the two rentals we had three assigned parking spaces and on street parking was available, Plus the owners are so nice. Would highly recommend this rental. Thank you for a great vacation

We absolutely loved your home and the easy access to the beach. Gorgeous home with wonderful access to the beach making it easy to come and go. Very close to Salisbury center for all restaurant/bar activities! This home has a phenomenal master with en suite and gorgeous view.( highly suggest watching sunrise) - 1st floor laundry with full bath was super convenient for our large family. This home was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I felt right at home and look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful oceanfront getaway!

Our family had an amazing week in this beautiful home! The location is perfect- waves directly in front of the house that you can enjoy from the porch or a 60 second walk gets you directly on the lovely, clean beach. High tide was great for playing in the waves and low tide was great for walking and sand castles. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, and Brandie was responsive and helpful. We rented linens and a crib from Coastal Vacation Supplies which was super easy. The entire family- ranging in age from 2 to 72- had a wonderful week- the best of summer in New England!

Beautiful house right in front of the beach and only a few houses down from the beach access 7 ramp. My family & I loved the house and location. The house felt like new and everything was quite clean & well organized. Everyone who came to visit was quite impressed as well especially with all of the beach decor. The master bedroom is huge and has a great view. The other two bedrooms were smaller but the kids loved the bunk beds and there was sufficient room with the queen bed next door. There is a nice deck on the ocean side with a picnic table for outdoor grilling & eating, but the front porch was also great for mornings and depending on where the breeze was coming from. Street parking can be a little challenging at times especially since we wanted to leave the designated two spots for guests, but we were able to manage and even got parking directly across the street as the week went on. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and it was nice to meet Brandie & her family on the beach who were available in case we needed anything. Thanks for everything and look forward to coming back again.

Beautifully renovated ocean-side beach home

From the moment we stepped inside this newly renovated ocean-side beach home, we immediately loved the beach decor and felt like we were on vacation! Easy to access and great communication with owners. The main floor was exactly as pictured. Beautiful hard wood and tile throughout. New furniture in living room & dining. Fantastic windows for immediate ocean views! Three full baths and 3 bedrooms. Huge king master suite that overlooks the ocean for gorgeous sunrise. Double Twin bunks were perfect for the kids and 3rd bedroom was a queen all decorated in complimentary beach themed decor. Perfectly suited for 2 families to comfortably share for the week. Great porch, front and back deck, new appliances, washer & dryer, grill, picnic table and ocean as back yard! 2 parking spots and extra paid lot nearby. Parking on street as able. Location walk able to downtown Salisbury but far enough away for relaxation and peacefulness. Beach access felt very private and family friendly. No pets, no fire pit on site but can on beach. We stayed at Brandie’s Salisbury Beach property August 3-10. It was a perfect vacation for our family of 3 teenage children.
Everything in the property description was delivered as promised. It actually exceeded expectations. The house was impeccably decorated in a beach theme with many wall hangings, paintings, pictures, signs, and more. Extremely cute and almost like a home featured in a high end magazine. The bedrooms were more than adequate with comfortable beds and a bunk room for overflow for the children’s friends. There were 3 full very clean bathrooms so we never had to queue up to utilize the facilities. The living room was very comfortable and conducive to congregating for games and other events. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all appliances, plates, glasses and kitchen utensils. We were located right on the beach. You walk out the door and onto the beach. Awesome! The front and back deck we utilized for an occasional meal and/or happy hour. The gas grille performed well and was very clean. Brandie was available at a moments notice for any issues. We even saw whales breaching during feeding. Thanks, Brandie, for setting that one up! Check in and check out was smooth with no problems. . Would I go back, yes, in a heartbeat and would I recommend the property to friends: ABSOLUTELY! So in summary, AWESOME!! 5 Stars!!
